B\u00e1sicamente, es mejor si el objetivo lo establecen personas que se encuentren en posiciones de liderazgo, pero su importancia debe ser reconocida por toda la organizaci\u00f3n, y es esencial que reciba el apoyo necesario en todos los niveles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Recursos<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La mayor\u00eda de las organizaciones tienen bajos recursos y no cuentan con un presupuesto para este tipo de ejercicios.
